Create Your
HyFlex World!

AU’s learning approach includes a blend of face-to-face, asynchronous, and synchronous online learning, where students can choose their method of participation.
Our Learning Approach
The HyFlex Course Model - Break the boundaries

At AU, we have adopted the HyFlex teaching model, which is an effective ‘bridge’ to a more digitised method of teaching and learning in these modern times. The HyFlex system guarantees instructional continuity, flexibility, and equity throughout the completion of a program.

Short for Hybrid-Flexible, HyFlex is a course design strategy and teaching approach that combines online and classroom-based components to better fit student demands.

Combining modes and allowing students to select from a variety of options transforms the learning experience for both students and instructors. Most classes can be taught effectively in the classroom or online, therefore HyFlex techniques are usually feasible and, when well-designed and delivered, beneficial in these contexts.

Course material is offered in traditional and online formats

It gives students the freedom to study when and where they want to, based on their needs and preference

Students can choose to take the class online, in the classroom, or both

They can opt how to attend courses - weekly or per topic, which can resolve many scheduling conflicts

Our Learning Platform
Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)
At AU, we have adopted VLE, which is a proprietary state-of-the-art online learning platform consisting of a robust LMS integrated with a cutting-edge streaming platform and functionally rich CRM system.
Learning Management System (LMS)

Finding the right online platform suitable for learners isn’t always easy. Thankfully, we have chosen the best and the right learning platform, LMS (Learning Management System) that best suits our learners’ needs and goals.

A cloud-based learning management system, LMS is the software to manage the delivery of educational or training content. An LMS allows for an anytime, anywhere learning environment, delivering and tracking e-learning courses and testing.
